1. Data we collect

If you take the MyTopShape quiz, we store your answers, your email address and first name, the country detected from your connection and whether you agreed to receive marketing emails, from the moment you enter your email. We use them to build your plan and to follow up on an unfinished purchase. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

When you pay we collect your name, email, language, the body stats you choose to give us, your chat messages with the coach, your subscription status and the advertising parameters (UTM, fbclid, gclid) from the link that brought you here.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers so we can manage your membership. We do not store your full card number.

2. What we use it for

To create your programme, to run the AI coach, to send transactional emails (password reset, email confirmation, payment notices), to keep your subscription in sync with Stripe, and to see which ads brought paying customers.

3. Cookies and ads

We use the Meta Pixel on every page so we can measure our campaigns. First-touch UTM values are stored in your browser session until you pay, then attached to your customer record.

4. Your rights

You can ask us to correct or delete your data from your profile page or by emailing support. Subscription billing is managed in Stripe. Emails are sent through Resend.
